We Do Our Best to Make Your Experience Exceptional
Sometimes little things can make a big difference. We do our best to make being our patient easy and convenient. Here you’ll find information on our practice services and policies designed to achieve that goal. If any thing is unclear or you don't see the information you are looking for, please call us. We’re here to help.
Insurance and Financing
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We accept all forms of insurance and will be glad to help you submit any insurance forms needed to help you get the most from your benefits. However, some insurance companies will only remit benefits to dentists they designate “preferred providers." Becoming a preferred provider often places limitations on services a dentist can give which we find medically inappropriate. We will be happy to make any necessary inquiries about your benefits with your insurance company.
We also accept personal checks, major credit cards, and sometimes make mutually acceptable payment arrangements. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan can be set up with an appropriate payment schedule.
We accepts these major credit cards
Making an Appointment
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office makes every effort to see emergency patients the same day. New patients are welcome. Please see our contact information and office hours below.
Cancelling an Appointment
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This advance notice will make this appointment time available to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
